This page tracks every property confirmed for GTA 6 so far. Rockstar Games has not released a full list of in-game real estate, but official trailer footage and pre-order details have revealed four properties across Vice City and the state of Leonida. We will update this page as more information becomes available before and after the November 19, 2026 launch.
Will You Be Able to Buy Properties?
Rockstar has not officially confirmed a property purchasing system for GTA 6, but there is strong evidence it will return. The series has featured real estate ownership since GTA Vice City, where players bought businesses across the map. GTA V expanded this with purchasable properties that generated passive income. Trailer footage showing Jason repairing a house suggests GTA 6 may go further, letting players renovate and maintain their safehouses rather than just owning them.
Confirmed Safehouses
Two safehouses have been clearly identified from official material. The first is the Starlet Motel in Port Gellhorn, shown in the debut trailer with Jason and Lucia sharing a room. The second is a beachside property in the Leonida Keys belonging to a character named Brian Heder. He lets Jason live there rent-free in exchange for help collecting payments from tenants. After Lucia gets out of prison, she moves in with Jason at this location.
Edition Exclusive Garages
Pre-ordering GTA 6 grants access to the Shore Court Garage on Shore Drive in Ocean Beach. The Ultimate Edition includes the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay. These are separate from the story safehouses and serve as additional vehicle storage locations.
Passive Income and Businesses
Based on mechanics from GTA Vice City and GTA V, players will likely be able to purchase commercial properties and businesses that generate money over time. This would let you build a criminal empire that funds itself while you focus on story missions and side activities.
